PARADISE THE LABEL

Operating since 2014, Phoebe Paradise the label is widely known for its’ loudly illustrated prints, DIY punk aesthetic & feverish cult following in Brisbane. Independently owned and operated, the label has produced & sold thousands of units locally and internationally; proudly refined, printed & manufactured through local suppliers.

In 2017, Phoebe opened the massive, highstreet-fronted flagship PARADISE STORE in Fortitude Valley. The space served as a DIY punk venue, gallery & the sole stockist of the brand. Much like the iconic prints of the label, PARADISE STORE was noisy, chaotic, colourful, loud and a-typical by design. Countless gigs, pop-ups, parties, hangovers and regrettable sleepovers were hosted within the walls of the store until its closure at the end of 2019.

Past design collaborations include artists Celeste Mountjoy (aka Filthyratbag), Sam McKenzie (@ohnosam) & Jonathan McBurnie, in addition to teaming up with music and style icons such as Amy Taylor (Amyl & The Sniffers) and Ella Hooper (Killing Heidi).
